Yesterday was my official weigh-in. I am down to 212 lbs. So from my official weigh-in last Wednesday, I am down 4 lbs. I lost inches on my calves and my thighs. The past few weeks, it has been hot and humid. I don’t do well with either. So I have been eating less. According to my Lose It program, I am allowed 1311 calories daily this week. July 23, 2023 So, I haven’t written for several days. There are reasons, but I won’t go into them right now. I am still mulling things over. I have also been overwhelmed, trying to find something to wear. Today, I weighed myself and am down 27 lbs since redoing the plant-based properly. Also, logging my daily food intake has helped. I did it manually with my husband calculating, but the Lose It app does everything for us. I am only 13 pounds away from my goal with the surgeon to get a knee replacement.
