I live in Port McNicoll, Ontario which is near Midland Ontario with my husband Mike and our 2 furbabies. Two cats, Casey, and Hawthorn. In spirit with our three angels, Finnigan, Benny and Brooklyn.

This is my personal blog webpage and will feature my thoughts on my faith and my weight loss journey.
Currently, I am following a weight loss program that has resulted in 40 lbs down. It is a whole food plant-based diet, or should I say lifestyle. I am seeing Dr. Shane Williams and he has had success with clients on this lifestyle.
It is a change for sure but I am loving it.
